Work is performed under regular supervision. Essential Functions / Typical Tasks Providing general assistance to school officials. Maintains lists, files and database; Makes copies; sends faxes to various locations; Performs basic data entry and filing duties; Folds and stuffs various publications and labels envelopes; Serves as receptionist; greets visitors and provides direction and assistance in absence of receptionist; Performs related tasks as required.
