Hospice Patient Care RN Manager

SouthernCare, a Gentiva company, is seeking a Hospice Patient Care RN Manager to lead our compassionate clinical team in Tuscaloosa, AL. This role oversees interdisciplinary hospice care, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services for individuals with life-limiting illnesses. Responsibilities include supervising RNs and care staff, coordinating care plans, monitoring clinical quality and compliance, and supporting patients’ families through education and advocacy.
