Tell us about the unit(s):

• Number of Beds - 24
• Number of Staff – 46
• Patient Ratios: 1:2 (1:3 for PCU boarders, 1:1 for sitters or higher acuity- IABP, CRRT, open hearts)
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): 1 CCT/US during day shift if > 10 patients
• Documentation system: EPIC
• Scheduling requirements: Straight nights or 50/50
• Floating policy: PCU or as a sitter anywhere in hospital inpatient

Typical hiring profile:

Must have:

• 2 years of ICU experience, will consider 1 year strong experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Rapid Sequence Intubations
• Central line placements
• Experience with ventilators, vasopressors, restraint use, arterial lines, and other ICU skills.
