Position SummaryAs a Respiratory Therapist (RT), you will play a vital role in providing care to patients with respiratory conditions. Your expertise will help improve the quality of life for those in need, and your dedication will make a real difference in the healthcare community. This position requires at least one year of experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders or respiratory issues.
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on managing respiratory conditions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Valid licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
- A passion for providing high-quality patient care.
