Registered Nurse - Outpatient - Urology - Downtown Indianapolis

Overview Eligible for a $30,000 sign‑on bonus for part‑time and full‑time roles. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. Schedule: 32 hours weekly | Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm, some travel may be required to other IU Health facilities. Qualifications Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program. Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. May require ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction.
