Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services primarily within a Medical/Surgical setting
• Deliver patient care in an Acute Rehabilitation unit as needed
• Float to Acute Rehab units based on facility staffing needs
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and functional goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Oklahoma
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn EPIC EMR
• Ability to work in both Medical/Surgical and Acute Rehabilitation settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Med/Surg and Acute Rehab clinical environments
• New graduates with relevant clinical affiliations in Med/Surg or Acute Rehab will be considered
• Prior travel therapy assignment experience
