We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office and support our team in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Position Overview: As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. Your warm and professional demeanor will help create a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our agency. You will manage front desk operations, assist with administrative tasks, and support our insurance agents and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously Manage scheduling of appointments and maintain calendars for insurance agents Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed Provide basic information about insurance products and services or direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member Support the team with document preparation and client communication Qualifications: Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional appearance and friendly demeanor Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software Basic knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus but not required Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Bilingual in Spanish a plus Benefits: Competitive hourly wage Paid time off including holidays and sick days 401(k) and Roth 401(k) retirement plan with company match Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive and friendly work environment Why Join Our Agency?
