Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Current state license required Certifications: CPR certification preferred Must-Have: - Ability to provide physical therapy services to patients - Strong communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team Description: Physical Therapist needed for day shifts, mostly Monday to Friday, 5 days of 8 hours or 4 days of 10 hours. Occasional Saturday shifts may be required following orthopedic surgeries performed on Friday. RADIUS RULE: Traveler's permanent address must be at least 65 miles away from the facility. Housing will not be available until the day before the scheduled start date. Holiday coverage is required. Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.
