Field Service Technician (Copiers & Printers)

SNI Companies is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support customers throughout the Greater Baltimore area. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience repairing and maintaining copier and printer equipment from leading manufacturers. About the Role The Field Service Technician (Copiers & Printers) will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining copiers and printers while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain copiers and printers Perform preventative maintenance and equipment installations Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues Replace and repair components, including fusers and related assemblies Manage parts inventory and service documentation Deliver exceptional customer service while working independently in the field Qualifications Experience troubleshooting and replacing fusers Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills Basic networking knowledge Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Skills Hands-on experience with copier and printer equipment, strong troubleshooting skills, and customer service orientation. Preferred Skills Manufacturer certifications and advanced networking knowledge.
