Retail Sales Lead & Team Coach

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to support and model excellent customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and be ready to step into management when needed. Key duties include driving a personalized customer experience, onboarding and developing an engaged team, maintaining visual and operational standards, and leveraging tools to enable omnichannel shopping.
