Multiple full-time contract roles are available, working 37.5 hours per week with diverse K-12 learners. Qualifications/Desired Experience

• Active SLPA licensure in Texas
• Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences or related field
• Prior experience working with children or within educational settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt to different age groups, ranging from kindergarten through high school

Responsibilities

• Support Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy and interventions for students
• Assist in screening, assessments, and documentation of student progress
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Help develop and provide materials for therapy activities suited to each students needs
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records as required by school guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to foster student success
• Engage students with creative, motivating therapy approaches within individual or group settings
