Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Cloud Operations Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Cloud, Platform, and AI Infrastructure team. This role is located in Pittsburgh or Lake Mary.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Support day-to-day operations across BNY’s multi-cloud environment, with a primary focus on Azure and GCPProvide operational support for AWS and OCI as neededManage cloud provisioning, configuration changes, service requests, and decommissioning activitiesSupport AKS/Kubernetes and containerized workloads in partnership with engineering teamsPerform Linux administration and support for cloud-hosted platforms and workloadsSupport cloud-hosted database platforms including Azure SQL Managed Instance and OracleHelp maintain operational support for AI/ML infrastructure, model runtime environments, and ModelOps-related servicesDrive remediation of configuration, security, and vulnerability issues using tools such as Wiz and QualysMonitor infrastructure and services using enterprise observability tools including SplunkRespond to incidents, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actionsSupport release and deployment management, ensuring controlled and reliable production changesAssist with cloud demand and capacity management, including quota monitoring, forecasting, and capacity risk identificationPartner with security, risk, compliance, audit, and engineering teams to support governance and control requirementsContribute to business continuity, disaster recovery, resiliency, and operational recovery practicesAutomate routine operational processes using Terraform, Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar toolsMaintain documentation, runbooks, and operational proceduresParticipate in on-call or after-hours support rotations as neededTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Professional certifications in relevant technologies or infrastructure management are preferred. **EXPERIENCE:** Typically 6-10 years of experience.
