Looking for candidates who want to join, build, and contribute to a great team and an evolving culture!Type of Hire: Temp-to-Hire Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler Location: Camarillo, CA Work Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday Compensation: $19-23/hourJob Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing electro-mechanical components and systems according to specifications and quality standards. This role requires a high level of precision, technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Key Responsibilities:Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems, including wiring, soldering, and mechanical assembly, following blueprints and schematics.Conduct testing and inspection of assembled products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.Troubleshoot and repair any issues with assemblies or components.Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment efficiently and safely.Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and inventory usage.Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve assembly procedures and product designs.Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred.Proven experience as an electro-mechanical assembler or similar role.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.Strong soldering skills and experience with electronic components and wiring.Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.Basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation purposes.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.For IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION, please apply immediately with your resume and availability to interview.
