Wide Format Production & Graphics Installation Specialist Join Our Team We are a growing commercial print and graphics company looking for an experienced, dependable team member who enjoys both producing high-quality graphics and seeing the finished product installed at customer locations. This is a hands-on position that combines wide-format print production, finishing, and professional graphic installation. Every day is different, with projects ranging from vehicle graphics and wall murals to signage, window graphics, and custom displays. Responsibilities Operate wide-format printers and production equipment Laminate, trim, weed, mount, and finish printed graphics Prepare graphics for installation Install vinyl graphics, wall murals, window graphics, signs, banners, and vehicle lettering Maintain high quality standards from production through installation Read work orders and verify measurements before production and installation Assist with shop organization, inventory, and equipment maintenance Represent our company professionally while working at customer locations Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in wide-format print production, sign production, or graphic installation Experience applying vinyl graphics to vehicles, walls, windows, and various substrates Experience operating wide-format printers, laminators, and vinyl cutters Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and basic file preparation Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work from ladders when needed Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Preferred Experience Experience with: HP Latex printers Roll laminators Vinyl plotters and cutting systems Vehicle wraps Wall and window graphics Commercial signage Color management and production workflows What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently without sacrificing quality, solves problems independently, and enjoys being part of a team.
