Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in either inpatient or outpatient settings and create personalized treatment strategies
• Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function

• Provide education to patients and families on therapeutic targets, discharge planning, and exercises to continue at home

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
