Job Description
Rehabilitation Nurse

A state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team. This inpatient acute rehabilitation environment focuses on the treatment and recovery of individuals who have faced severe injuries or illnesses. We are committed to providing high-quality, specialized care throughout our patients' recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care tailored to the needs of patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized rehabilitation plans that optimize patient outcomes.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure effective recovery.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding recovery, treatment options, and rehabilitation goals.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Valid nursing licensure in the state of practice.
Prior experience in rehabilitation nursing or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a patient-centered focus.
