Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Full-Time

Location: Miami, FL (Kendall Area)
Schedule: Full-Time | Mixed Shifts (Rotating Weekends)
Salary: $30.34 – $41.50/hour (based on experience)
Bonus: Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance (case-by-case)

Position Summary:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care , performing diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic interventions. You will play a key role in managing patients requiring respiratory support, including those on mechanical ventilation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and document patient respiratory assessments (breath sounds, airway status, cuff pressure)
• Conduct diagnostic testing to evaluate respiratory therapy needs and outcomes
• Administer therapies including oxygen, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy
• Assist with artificial airway placement and manage mechanical ventilation
• Monitor patient response and intervene when necessary
• Support ventilator-dependent patient transport
• Respond to emergency situations, ensuring airway management and ventilation support

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist ( RRT ) or Respiratory Care Practitioner ( RCP )
• Associate Degree or completion of a vocational respiratory therapy program
• Basic Cardiac Life Support ( BLS ) certification (within 30 days of hire)
