As a Chick-fil-A Team Member you play a crucial role in the effectiveness of our team and the success of our restaurant. In selecting Chick-fil-A Team Members, we are looking for hard working individuals who will share our passion for giving our guests remarkable service and hospitality. An individual in this role will be positioned in the Drive-Thru and/or Front Counter and will be in direct contact with our guests throughout their shift. Be willing to learn and serve in any position Always strive for excellence and continuously strive for improvement Responsibilities of a Front-of-House Team Member in this Role: Caring for our guests is our first priority. Understand and Utilize the Care 4 at all times: Create Eye Contact with the Guest Share a Smile with the Guest Speak with a Friendly Tone to the Guest Use the Guest’s Name Ensure that our guests are always the number one priority Be willing to stay on a position for the duration of the shift Maintain a clean and organized environment Work in a team-based setting to provide the best experience for our guests Requirements Must be at least 16 years of age or older Must have at least 6 hours of availability on Saturday.
