Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity are sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Employees must have a standard range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Employees must have a standard range of hearing and eyesight to record and prepare paper and MDI chart notes and documents. Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
