What You'll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional resident care while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and your scope of practice
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the Registered Nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing
• Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and independence
• Support and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture centered on exceptional resident care

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or compact state license
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
• Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care
