What’s in it for you… Very well-established & financially strong family-owned company who recently celebrated 100 years in business Growing both organically & through acquisitions so recently adding a $1M Clean Room and added more machines while upgrading all their current technologies at all 3 facilities Very good work environment – President/CEO & COO are very employee-oriented, loves to visit with employees to hear their opinions/challenges/issues so they can help support Company is partnering with 2 other Divisions to bring on tons of new business while continuing to grow and looking at acquiring even more businesses Target rich environment – everyone is set up for success and lots of sharing of skills, knowledge, and training programs Recently upgraded technologies and implemented IQMS software across all facilities Good benefits – performance based company that provides clear objectives To be considered for an interview, the following experience/skills are desired: 5-7+ years engineering management leading & mentoring cross-functional Engineering teams (4-5 Engineers) on projects for entire new tooling & product launches from design to releases into production, capital projects, and other projects within a fast-paced environment Must have full knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, and processes with preference to working with LSR-Liquid Silicone Rubber Experience molding 13485 Clean Room Medical/Surgical products is highly preferred but will consider other highly regulated Clean Room environments Preference to having either a Process Engineering or Tooling Engineering background with hands-on knowledge of process & tooling development, robots/automation Working knowledge of Lean principles, Value Stream implementations, and Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) procedures Understanding of all programs & systems including Maintenance CMMS, PMs, OSHA/Safety, and Quality guidelines #J-18808-Ljbffr MRIGlobalSearch
