• $.65 CPM
• Per diem $80/day
• 2,500–3,200 miles per week
• One-day Paid Orientation
• Layover Pay — $200
• Short-run Pay — Minimum 75 Miles $200
• Clean DOT Inspection — Level 2: $75, Level 1: $100
• Driver Referral Bonus — $1,000
• Milestone Bonuses: 90 days $250, 180 days $250, 270 days $500
• PTO after 1 year — 1 Week or $1200
