Tryfacta is seeking a CNA - Rehab for our client in Newark, NY 14513. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now! Position Details Position Title: CNA - Rehab Location: Newark, NY 14513 Duration: 13 weeks (possible extension) Work Schedule: 5x8-Hour (14:00 - 22:00) Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, ambulation, transfers, and repositioning. Obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake/output, and patient observations. Assist with catheter care, specimen collection, infection control, and PPE protocols. Safely operate patient care equipment including Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, and transfer devices. Report changes in patient condition and collaborate with the healthcare team. Qualifications Active CNA Certification. Minimum 1 year of LTC experience. Current BLS (AHA) certification.
