Role Description The Real Estate Coach is a Flex-time, remote role and you can live anywhere in the United States. In this position, the coach will conduct one-on-one and small group coaching sessions with real estate professionals, helping them clarify goals, design customized action plans, and stay accountable to measurable outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing client performance metrics, diagnosing business bottlenecks, and providing specific guidance on lead generation, client management, and workflow optimization. The coach will document session outcomes, maintain accurate coaching records, and collaborate with the broader team to refine coaching frameworks and resources. This role also involves occasional workshops or trainings, ongoing professional development, and active participation in a supportive coaching culture that values individual client needs. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in real estate sales, lending, brokerage, or real estate business operations, with a strong understanding of industry practices and challenges. Proven coaching, mentoring, or training experience, with the ability to ask insightful questions, give constructive feedback, and guide clients through change. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to build trust quickly. Solid analytical and organizational abilities, including interpreting performance data, prioritizing tasks, and creating structured action plans for multiple clients. Comfort with using digital tools and CRM or coaching platforms to track progress, schedule sessions, and manage client information securely. Self-motivated and proactive, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current on real estate market trends and best practices. Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative environment in Chandler, AZ, and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality with all clients. Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, psychology, coaching, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in coaching or real estate are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
