Construction Laborer - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking Hole Watch personnel for a short-term tank repair project in Janesville, MN.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor tank entry operations and personnel working inside the tank.
• Maintain constant communication with workers inside the tank and site personnel.
• Follow all confined-space and site-specific safety procedures.
• Monitor the tank entry area and help maintain a safe work environment.
• Remain attentive throughout tank entry operations.

Pay rate is $24–$26/hr DOE. Night Shift Pay: $29-$31/hr (night shift starts 9/15). Per Diem: $125/day for all 7 days unless the required schedule was not worked. Schedule: 80+ hours/week; 10-hour shifts initially, moving to 12-hour shifts. Project will last from September 11–20.

Experience with hole watch or confined-space work preferred - Must be comfortable working around tank entry operations - Must be able to remain alert and attentive for extended periods - Ability to follow all site safety procedures - Ability to pass pre-employment screening - One position starts September 11; one position starts September 15 on night shift
