Join Rebound Therapies , a home & community‐focused therapy provider dedicated to promoting rehabilitation, recovery, and independence. We are expanding in Grand Rapids/Sparta! You’ll be part of a team that listens, cares more, and uses evidence‐based practice to make a real difference in the lives of families. We are specifically looking for afterschool care staff between the hours of 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM Monday through Friday. Pay starting at $20/hour!

Current Hiring Needs: Grand Rapids, MI & Sparta, MI

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and celebrate achievements with families.
• Travel to client homes and community settings (with reimbursed drive time).
• Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.
