Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing processes and a strong mechanical aptitude. You will play a vital role in producing high-quality signage products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.

- Assemble sign components according to specifications.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.

- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve processes.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

- Document production activities and maintain accurate records.

- Assist in inventory management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read a tape measure.

- Understanding of basic math including decimals and fractions.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
