Job Overview A company built to serve you. We are seeking an exceptional entrepreneur to make a difference in Alliance, OH and become our newest Shelter Insurance Agent. Key Responsibilities Develop new contacts and establish a presence in the community. Build and maintain client relationships and communicate effectively in a sales environment. Manage your own agency: prospect clients, sell Shelter products, and oversee general administrative duties. Lead and, if desired, recruit staff to support agency operations. Meet sufficient sales requirements and core business proficiencies. Handle any remaining financial obligations (e.g., advertising contracts, phone bills, utilities) if the agency is terminated. Qualifications Motivated attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong communication skills. Experience in real estate, retail sales, education, coaching, or similar sales-oriented roles.
