Base pay range $22.00/hr - $23.00/hr Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Advocate . This is a 04 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in EST- US(Remote). Key Responsibilities: Shifts: 37.5 hours per week/Shifts between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Respond to routine member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns through multiple communication channels Identify and resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible to prevent escalation Provide accurate information regarding benefits, claims, authorizations, and services Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to research and document all interactions in the CRM system Maintain quality, productivity, and compliance standards as outlined by the organization Collaborate with other departments when necessary to ensure complete issue resolution Stay informed of current policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to maintain consistency and compliance Participate in team meetings, feedback sessions, and ongoing training to improve service delivery Perform additional administrative or operational duties as assigned Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills; Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment Strong computer literacy and data entry accuracy required Ability to multitask and navigate multiple programs simultaneously Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment Strong computer literacy and data entry accuracy required Ability to multitask and navigate multiple programs simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to meet performance goals, including quality assurance, adherence, and average call handling time High School Diploma or GED Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
