The successful candidate will help lead our next generation of user interface experiences built upon their growing expertise in Java Script, C# and Angular.Your responsibilities will include:Participate in the design, development, review, and deployment of highly scalable mobile applicationsCollaborate with software developers, system test engineers, user experience engineers, project management, and quality team members to identify, report, and troubleshoot defects in a detailed, efficient, and timely mannerParticipate in SW test automation framework and tools developmentParticipate in Agile and iterative software development processes to work towards achieving individual and team goalsCreate project documentation per quality system requirementsUse software version control, issue tracking, requirements and task management tools in day-to-day workCoordinate and collaborate with global team membersRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer SciencePrevious internship experience with Boston ScientificExperience using Kotlin to create and modify cross-platform (iOS and Android) mobile apps. for design, creation, testing, and deployment of a device project3 months experience in Software engineering at a medical device companyMust be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorizationPreferred qualifications:Excellent communication skills and strong writing skills to document and communicate designs to a cross-functional audienceStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsCollaborative, flexible mindsetPassion to stay on top of development trends and toolsExperience with KotlinExperience implementing REST APIs in C# or Java is an advantage.Experience with defect tracking and SDLC management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, ConfluenceExperience developing in a continuous integration environment.Experience deploying mobile applicationsThe anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
