Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Neuroscience - Cobenfy - Glendale, CA

Position Summary Drive demand for BMS medicines within the assigned portfolio for appropriate patients. Engage Health Care Providers (HCPs) with a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) through deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3. Build and maintain credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs), community-based physicians/HCPs, and other stakeholders as primary point of contact. Liaise with other BMS functions to meet HCP needs in a timely and scientific manner; prioritize safe and appropriate use of BMS products while meeting business results and performance objectives. Field-based role; anticipated 100% of time in the field with external customers. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Promotion Promote approved indications to meet/exceed assigned sales targets in a compliant manner. Create demand by articulating clinical/scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients. Maintain/grow scientific expertise in assigned products and therapeutic areas. Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans. Use CE^3 (once implemented) to derive insights and inform call plans; provide feedback to leadership. Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue Present approved scientific information/resources accurately and ensure medical accuracy. Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) consistent with label. Organize external speaker programs (selecting speakers, scheduling, logistics). Maintain expertise on emerging data for approved indications. Engage real-time medical support via Medical on Call for unsolicited questions and complex technical inquiries. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with other field teams to ensure best HCP Customer Experience (Cx). Share internal insights/information with appropriate stakeholders. Comply with all laws, regulations, and BMS policies. Required Qualifications & Experience Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse. Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately and convincingly. Demonstrated credibility-building experience with key customers/office staff via customer-centric mindset and differentiated Cx. Experience in Neurology preferred. Demonstrated account management capability, selling competencies, and sales performance track record. Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive, can-do attitude. Strong selling and promotional skills with a track record of performance. Compensation & Benefits Field (United States): US $139,230 - $168,714; additional incentive cash/stock opportunities may be available.
