Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 16 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2700.40 Opportunity: RN - Emergency Department Job Details: • Work shifts from 2:30 PM to 3:00 AM • Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed • Floating to other units is required • Travel experience is required • Charge nurse capability highly preferred • Scrub color: Navy Blue • EPIC EMR experience required • Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency department required • Some pediatric experience required • Treat patients across all age groups including newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics • Common patient diagnoses include stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure • Experience with specialty equipment including Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun required • Work in a 64-bed unit including 2 triage, 40 acute, 6 super track, 2 trauma, 10 CDU, and 6 psychiatric beds • Required certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC (must be in hand at time of submission) • Active New York RN license required with NURSYS verification Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive emergency department with 64 beds designed to handle a wide range of critical and acute patient needs.
