Oracle HCM Cloud Advisory

Role & Responsibilities Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR and Payroll Excellent understanding of how key attributes like cost center, Chart of Accounts, value sets, business units, and legal entities are interrelated between Oracle HCM and ERP clouds Excellent communication skills – work closely with Client HR team in an advisory role to propose potential solution options, interact with HR/Finance stakeholders Subject Matter Expert (SME) in an advisory capacity specializing in Oracle HCM cloud Core HR and Payroll setups/configurations. This resource will advise client HR/Finance stakeholders on optimum solution options to overcome challenges on HR end while integrating with ERP. This person will help client HR stakeholders understand the challenges, impacts, complexities, recommendations, best practices, and solution options (on the HR side) to move towards seamless integrated HR and ERP systems and deliver processes. Any experience with HCM Payroll integration with payroll vendors like ADP, which finally sends GL data back to Oracle Cloud ERP, would be a major advantage.
