Outside Sales Representative- TUPELO, MS
ATTENTION SALESPEOPLE: Watkins Construction & Roofing is hiring sales representatives for the Tupelo Market. This is a Sales ONLY position! NO Production responsibility!

Compensation:
$150,000 yearly commission based
Responsibilities:
Develop a yearly sales strategy by analyzing the market and competitive trends and making comprehensive recommendations
Generate and follow up on sales leads, assess customer needs, and demonstrate products and services to customers
Schedule and attend sales meetings with potential clients and maintain a record of all sales activities in our CRM system
Build strong customer relationships by providing prompt and courteous customer service
Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve and innovate products/services to meet customer demands
Qualifications:
Proven successful sales experience
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Established network of leads
Familiar with commission only compensation structure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Physically capable of climbing on a roof
