Job Description

The Junior Designer (Brand Art Team) is a craft-focused creative role responsible for executing high-quality visual design work that supports Sports Research's brand vision. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Brand Marketing, this role partners closely with senior creatives and cross-functional teams to translate concepts and creative direction into polished, detail-driven assets.

This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent, premium creative execution across digital, social, print, packaging, email, and web channels, supporting brand pillars of science, performance, and legacy. The ideal candidate thrives in execution, iteration, and high-volume creative production within a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements

? 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or art direction.

? Strong portfolio demonstrating executional excellence and attention to detail.

? Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, or equivalent experience.

? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

? Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools preferred.

? Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.

? Ability to take direction and translate feedback into refined creative output.

? Strong organizational and time management skills.

? Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

? Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Interest in wellness, fitness, and performance-driven brands is a plus
