Apex Systems Hiring For.NET Developer Apex Systems is hiring for a.NET Developer. The position is for a 10+ month contract and is hybrid based in either Des Moines, IA or Cedar Rapids, IA. This role involves designing and coding new or changes in large financial and billing applications using the required skills. The position will also resolve and support production issues that arise from the application. The candidate should have good written and oral communication skills, with a can-do attitude.
