This role is responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service for events such as weddings, meetings, and conferences, ensuring a memorable guest experience.Key Responsibilities:Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, place settings)Provide professional food and beverage service during eventsGreet guests and respond to requests in a timely and courteous mannerMaintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after eventsAssist with event breakdown and reset of function spacesFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesWork closely with banquet and kitchen teams to ensure smooth serviceQualifications:Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand for long periods and carry trays/lift up to moderate weightEOE - All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
