Responsibilities

Adult Outpatient Psychiatry Opportunity – Sacramento, CA

A large non-profit multi-specialty medical group is seeking an adult outpatient psychiatrist to work at an outpatient clinic in Sacramento, California.

The psychiatrist will be providing medication management and support services to behaviorally disordered adults.

Join 3 psychiatrist, mid-level providers, counselors, therapist and support staff Full time, 5 days a week. Telephone call is 1 week a month (call is 1:4). Psychiatrist typically sees 15-20 patients per day (30 minutes with new patients, 20 minutes for follow up)

This position is an integral member of the care management team, supporting quality medication management and clinical problem solving functions in concert with the other medical staff and psychiatrists.
