Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team in Browns Summit, NC. This role focuses on stainless steel fabrication and sub-assembly work in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint reading skills and experience working with thin gauge materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel components
- Work with 16 gauge – 20 gauge stainless steel materials
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Complete fabrication and sub-assembly work according to specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of TIG welding experience, preferably with stainless steel
- Experience with MIG welding
- Strong fabrication experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience working with thin gauge stainless steel (16–20 gauge)
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Welding certifications are a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Browns Summit, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
