Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Michigan PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. (Client may require AHA or ARC.) Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and follow therapist-directed plans of care.

Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Typical hours: 08:30–16:30. Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
