Polaris is a mission-driven law firm that helps families protect what matters most before a crisis happens. They may be worried about aging parents, long-term care costs, probate, or how to protect their family and assets. About the Role This is an in-office position. As our Legal Intake Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients . You will answer calls, respond to inquiries, gather important information, schedule consultations, and help ensure every prospective client has a smooth and positive experience from the very beginning. You will play a key role in helping our firm create trust from the very first interaction.
