SchoolClinician Location: Wilmington, Delaware (On-site) Description Location: Wilmington, Delaware (On-site) Employment Type:Full-time Salary: $45,000–$50,000/year DatePosted: September 3, 2026 About The Role Clarvida is seeking a School Clinician to support students in our alternative school placement program serving elementary through high school students. You will provide individual and group counseling, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, support behavior intervention, collaborate with caregivers, and implement skill-building curriculum. In this role, you will work closely with students, families, school staff, and community partners to support IEP and behavioral goals. Clinicians build trusting therapeutic relationships and equip students with strategies to manage challenges related to emotional, behavioral, and environmental stressors. You will also respond to crises, help de-escalate situations, provide education on triggers and interventions, andutilizeCPI techniques when necessary.
