Administrative Assistant – Oil & Gas Industry

Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Employment Type: Long term temp

Position Overview

Adecco is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our client. Candidates with previous administrative experience in the Oil & Gas industry are preferred . This is a long term temp opportunity with Adecco benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties

• Copy, scan, file, and organize documents

• Review, code, and process invoices

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Provide general office support to the team as needed

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or office support experience

• Oil & Gas industry experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional phone and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Basic computer and office equipment skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and a professional attitude

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
