We are looking for a Benefits Administrator to support benefits and payroll operations for a multi-state workforce. This position is ideal for someone who can balance employee support with accurate administrative execution across leave, enrollment, and payroll activities. The role will serve as a key resource for benefits questions, documentation, and coordination while also providing payroll backup support when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefits enrollment activities and maintain accurate participation records throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Review and reconcile benefit invoices and census data to help ensure billing accuracy and proper recordkeeping.

• Respond to employee questions related to benefits programs, coverage options, and leave policies in a timely and thorough manner.

• Coordinate leave administration processes, including tracking requests, maintaining documentation, and supporting compliance with company policies.

• Assist with multi-state payroll processing and serve as backup support for payroll leadership as needed.

• Handle employment verification requests and provide the appropriate documentation in accordance with company procedures.

• Retrieve and organize required records and payroll-related documents from internal platforms to support daily operations.

• Support benefits coordination for corporate staff and other assigned employee groups with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality,

• Experience administering employee benefits programs and supporting day-to-day benefits operations.

• Working knowledge of multi-state payroll processes and payroll administration practices.

• Familiarity with leave of absence coordination and employee leave tracking requirements.

• Understanding of invoice reconciliation, benefits census review, and related administrative reporting.

• Ability to manage sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to address employee questions clearly and effectively.
