About the Role

Champion & Nash HVAC is seeking a highly skilled Master HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Pasadena, TX. This role is ideal for an experienced technician with 5-10 years of residential HVAC service experience who can diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualified candidates will receive a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus .

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the HVAC Service Manager.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions
• Establish strong customer rapport and educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site and service vehicle
• Accurately document work performed and recommendations
• Participate in company training, meetings, and events
• Mentor and support junior technicians as needed

We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have

• 5-10 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, components, diagnostics, and installation practices
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex service issues
• Experience using ServiceTitan is preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

• Must prioritize safety and maintain knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe working practices
• Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, hear, and communicate
• Must be able to climb ladders, work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
• Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly
• Work is performed in varying weather conditions throughout the year
