What You’ll Do Mowing and string trimming on commercial, institutional, and residential properties Installing new plantings and laying mulch Watering and general grounds maintenance Keeping equipment and work areas clean and ready Tree trimming and pruning (a plus) Year-round grounds work, including snow & ice support in the winter months What We’re Looking For Experience with mowing, string trimming, new plantings, mulch, and watering Entry-level candidates welcome — we will train the right person; some landscaping experience is a plus Punctual and dependable — you show up on time, ready to work Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean, finished result Knowledge of landscape plant material A willingness to learn and grow with the company Able to work well as part of a Team Able to perform physical, outdoor work in all seasons Reliable transportation to our Middletown shop Valid and clean CT drivers license Must pass both a background check and a drug test for employment The Coughlin Difference At Coughlin, your name goes on the work.
