RPM Utilities LLC is seeking an experienced Underground Utility Foreman to lead field crews on underground utility construction projects in Texas. The Foreman will ensure safety, maintain production schedules, and uphold quality standards on active sites. Responsibilities include coordinating daily work, reading blueprints, supervising installation and trenching, and enforcing OSHA safety practices.
