As a Dental Hygienist in a general dentistry practice, you will play a vital role in maintaining patients' oral health. You will provide essential preventative dental care, including cleanings, X-rays, and patient education, ensuring each patient receives individualized attention in a moderate daily patient volume setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform prophylaxis and dental cleanings to prevent oral diseases
- Take and process dental X-rays accurately
- Conduct oral health assessments to identify potential issues
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and prevention
- Support general dentistry procedures as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in dental hygiene
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License
