Lead LPS Supervisor, Mobile Crisis Outreach

Sycamores is partnering with the 988 mental health crisis hotline to provide support to people in crisis. The Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) responds to calls for in-person support, crisis stabilization, and safety planning in Los Angeles County. The LPS Supervisor will coach staff, ensure best practices, and coordinate with police, hospitals, DMH, and ambulance services. This is a direct-service leadership role requiring hands-on supervision, on-call availability, and field presence driving #J-18808-Ljbffr Sycamores
