A leading private capital services organization is seeking an Investor Services Manager to oversee investor operations, elevate client service delivery, and lead a high-performing Investor Relations team. This role is responsible for driving operational improvements, managing client-facing deliverables, strengthening investor communication processes, and ensuring service excellence across a complex and fast-paced private equity environment. The ideal candidate combines operational leadership, investor services expertise, and a passion for developing teams while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Lead and manage the Investor Services and Investor Relations team Ensure staff adherence to operational guidelines, best practices, and service standards Support execution of tactical and strategic initiatives designed to enhance investor and client experiences Build and maintain strong relationships with internal client service teams and leadership stakeholders Partner with technology teams to identify and implement workflow automation and centralized processes Facilitate communication, training, and information-sharing sessions across operational groups Participate in regular client meetings and effectively manage escalated issues Identify process improvements that reduce turnaround times while maintaining strong controls and risk management standards Develop and maintain cross-training programs and team heat maps to mitigate key-person dependency risks Monitor service level agreement compliance and overall team performance Manage staffing, workload balancing, and business-driven overtime requirements Supervise, train, coach, mentor, and evaluate associates and supervisors Lead special projects, operational transformation initiatives, and process enhancement efforts Ensure all deliverables are completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and best practices Operate effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven, and continuously evolving environment
